The Beginning
RAFOZ started indoors in a single room in Chitungwiza with just 100 chicks, driven by passion and inspired by family support.

RAFOZ Broiler Farming wouldn’t be where it is today without the inspiration and support of my father — the true man behind this venture. His guidance helped me discover my passion and gave me the confidence to turn a small project of 100 chicks into an initiative helping other small-scale farmers. My vision is to empower small-scale farmers through sustainable poultry practices, training, and digital transformation — while consistently delivering fleshy and tasty chickens to our community.
